The Big House and two cabins on a private plot near Salakas. The shore is 200 metres away, with a jetty, boats and a sauna with a hot tub.
A plot that runs down to the shore
The houses stand in the shade of old pines, and a path across the plot leads straight to the jetty. There are no neighbours’ fences: the yard, the fire pit and the shore are for homestead guests only.
Luodis is one of the larger lakes in the Zarasai region: about 1290 hectares, up to 18 metres deep, with four islands. The Šventoji river flows through it, so you can row out into the river too.
The Big House or a cosy cabin
The Big House sleeps up to 13 guests, and each small cabin sleeps 5. Several families can come together and still have their own space.

A boat in the morning, a fire at night
The fire pit, trampoline and jetty are included all year, the boats and SUP boards from May to October. You add the sauna and hot tub when you book.
A sauna twenty steps from the water
A wood-fired Lithuanian sauna with a shower and a lounge, a hot tub under the pines, and after the steam, straight into Luodis from the jetty. The sauna and hot tub are right by the lake, about 2 minutes on foot from the houses, on the homestead grounds. They are shared by the whole homestead, so we agree on your time when you book.
